Apparels village limited (avl) is a member concern on ‘faiyaz group of companies’ in which other two. one is woven shirt manufacturing unit named “the faiyaz ltd.” And another one is “faiyaz apparel limited” is a knit composite which is totally vertical where prime raw material input is yarn and final finish output is garments apparels village limited has established in the year 2001 at khagan birulia savar it is situated 30km. Away from Dhaka city, the capital of Bangladesh.

In avl premises, the total land area is 1,65,000.00 sft. Which is completely surrounded by a boundary wall. Total covered area is approximately 1,30,000.00 sft and balance area has remained as open green landscape at present and as provision for future expansion of present units or new set-up for new venture.

In avl, every unit has constructed as individual shed as designed in the master plan with a concept of openness which to ensure adequate free working space and as well as to avoid the feeling of space constrain in regards to the gathering of working peoples, materials and others.

The units comprises in avl premises are as follows :

3. Finishing unit

4. Garments unit

5. Admen. Office & rest house

6. Boiler house

7. Water reservoir having water treatment plant, compressed air supply unit, pressurized water supply unit.

8. Effluent treatment unit

9. Electrical sub-station and generator room

10. Worker’s dinning room

11. Guard shed unit at main entry gate.
