Allow to dye any kind of fabrics  from 80 – 400 gsm without having creasing or non-uniformity in the dyeing result. Total process   of the dyeing is computerized controlled with software  programmed of ‘secom 737 xl’ of  setex, Germany. With regards to dyeing process time, energy consumption and quality of dyed fabric, the model ensure the following : 

                        - short and fast heating time by efficient heat exchanger. 

                       - safe fabric run and good loading  capacity.

                       -extremely short liquor ratio starting from 1:5 depending on the

                         fabric quality and chamber loading.

                      - due to ‘double’ nozzle design, it ensure even dyeing through

                        full penetration of dyestuff and  high speed of fabric. It also avoid

                        undesired crease mark and pilling effects.
