Allow to dye any kind of fabrics  from 80 – 400 gsm without having creasing or non-uniformity in the dyeing result. Total process   of the dyeing is computerized controlled with software  programmed of ‘secom 737 xl’ of  setex, Germany. With regards to dyeing process time, energy consumption and quality of dyed fabric, the model ensure the following :

This machine ensure safe turning of tubular knit fabric and plaiting automatically in easy way. It is suitable for both wet and dry fabric. Main operation of loading and reverse is done by air, eliminating the problem of rubbing on contact with mechanical feeding. It has adjustable plaiting device with variable speed by inverter driving speed from 0 to 100 mt/min. Remote foot pedal for automatic operation of loading and reversing by air having ring opening fabric device for well plaiting.

• ‘Fabric entry assembly’ includes one pair of arms with torsion tensioned for      attachment of expanding and centering roller. expanding roller, centering roller and sensor systems are designed for dry fabrics of both woven and knitted fabrics.

• ‘Padder’ consisting of two roller open width quizzers with stabilized rubber coated rollers in descending position, including scroll roller and fabric guide roller. Fabric guiding systems for immersion trough, not heated, with economizer, pneumatic raising and lowering device arranged with liquor distributor tube and level regulator system. there is fabric guide behind the padder with pneumatic compensator roller consisting of torsion tube with bearing guide roller.

• ‘compact straightening unit’ fully automatic hydraulics suitable for centering skew and bow distribution of both woven and knitted fabrics, supporting bridges with four scanning heads and operating system to preset distortions and reflex detection hydraulic adjustment. It also consist of fabric tension control, fabric guide roller, driven expander roller to spread the fabric at the entry and in front of scanning heads.

•  ‘Tentering machine’ of three compartments with vertically returning pin teetering chains lubricants free consisting 3 m long entry & 2m long exit section, chain rail for middle compartments, deepening guard and operating hours counter. Entry stand with operating disk and platform. Infield unit with digital control system consisting working sensor with infrared scanning and switching over to mech. Scanning with dc adjustable devices and switchgear. Pair of three finger selvedge uncurl with rotating spiral stainless steel finger 255mm long each fabric guiding plates left and right incl. Angular piece for mounting. Pinning and overfeed device with pneumatic operation and bristled band for pin chain for drive by separate motor. Steaming device 0.25m long in teetering machine entry zone for steaming or moisturizing the fabric max. Ingoing  Steam pressure 2 bars. selvedge gluing device with application wheel, height adjustable glue trough and counter pressure rolls. Selvedge cutting device for cutting above the fabric selvedge with minimum extraction system and pneumatic raising device. Selvedge tension individually adjustable via controllable pinning wheel drive. Deepening guard for all chain link to ensure fabric keeping down device above pin bars with 1 pair of closing device at entry and 1pair of opener at exit.

• ‘Dryer’ with entry/exit chamber having slit covers, insulation on all side, one motorized with adjustment incl. Switchgear. Middle chamber equipped with high turbulence star jet nozzle, economic air system saving energy by reducing the exhaust air volume, optimum development of fabric handle. It is also incorporated with set of tandem filter screen for filtering circulating air, motorized individual with adjusting system for spindle, air volume regulating system in each compartment in upper and lower nozzle bodies, cooling zone to cool down the fabric web with 1500mm fabric venting.

• ‘Gas heating’ systems with a real burner having six burners having ignition and detection system, temperature control system, gas safety unit and set of flexible metal hoses to connect gas burners and ring pipe.
